Self-motivation without gratitude is impossible. Our energy is "sapped" when our entire focus is on what's wrong instead of what is right with our lives. One of our greatest challenges is to live and love in spite of pain and disappointment...to find gratitude in the midst of it all.

Get out of God's way so blessings can flow

Every person can be healed of his discords very quickly if he will release God from any responsibility to heal him. Release God and acknowledge that you seek nothing of God, you desire nothing of God, and you wish nothing of God. You release God because you understand that God made all that was made and all that God made is good. Anything that God did not make was never made. Therefore, you do not need God to heal you, for in the whole kingdom of God there is nothing to be healed. Instead of living a life of duality, which is one of saying, "I am sick now. God, come to me and do something," live the life of single mindedness in which you realize:

All the power necessary to maintain my life is already at work and all I have to do is to acknowledge it. Acknowledge that God is fulfilling Itself. God’s nature is to fulfill Itself as peace on earth and the divine grace in my life. I do not pray or ask for grace; I acknowledge grace as God’s means of fulfilling Itself on Earth. When I acknowledge that and let myself be receptive, I will find It functioning in my life.

You benefit by this grace of God, not because God is picking you out or seeking you out to do good for, but because you are opening your consciousness to receive the grace of God which is forever flowing and which is forever on earth as it is in heaven. God is really fulfilling His own nature; God is the protective, maintaining, and sustaining influence, but God is also the loving and gentle influence; therefore, God is always being expressed.

When you and I accept that truth and stop thinking in terms of "God, do this for me or for mine," in other words, release God, loose Him, let Him go, and realize that the grace of God is as much yours as mine, then you will have entered into a whole new consciousness of life. Sometimes when I tell people I am a Tarot Reader they say, they get their information from God and don't believe in Tarot, as if it comes from somewhere besides God. OR worse, that if I use Tarot I don't believe in God. Well I don't believe there is a Big Man in the sky making judgments about me and what I do. I am my connection to God. I am one with God, as we all are. I live and move and have my being in God. God is all there is. Other terms for God are One, Wholeness, Love, Truth, Beauty, The Universe, Spirit. There is nothing that is not God, NOTHING. Now there can be the absence of seeing this the absence of knowing this. But no one is alive without this breath of life that is God or the Universe or Spirit. Tarot is a part of Gods wisdom, it is just a different venue. It is all in picture form rather than text or words. The words come from the Spirit within which is, of course, God. Tarot is a book of Truth and Wisdom not at all separate from God or Good. Thinking Tarot is of another source or the Big Boogie Man the Devil means that you are not seeing God as All. You are not seeing Good. You are missing Truth. My devotion to God or Spirit or Spiritual Truth is where I get my inspiration and wisdom of the Tarot. I take it as a personal goal in my life to clear up the superstition in the idea there is some other Source. When Moses ask the name of God he was told I am. That is where we find God and Truth,Within ourselves. It is given to them according to their belief so if some one or you believes there is some other Power than God the Good then that is what is given to you. We create our world through our thinking. If we think there is someone or something against us then we are against our Self against our Good. I wish I could wave a magic wand and remove the superstitions that plague people about methods of finding Truth.
