A gift to ourselves
We are one with all through our connection to our God (Good). Being aware of the one mind as it moves through Now! As we are asked to be here now and watch. We experience now and our reaction to that experience is what creates our tomorrow. So today is the gift we give ourselves through knowing our God ( Good). Paul tells us Think on those things which are good.
All disease and pain is part of that gift, we have given ourselves, surprise, to help us to learn what not to do, in order to live in Peace and happiness. Forgive (to change our thinking, to go back to before the cause of the pain) ourself all things and the disease will dissolve.

What Gets Sick?
Your body does not get sick and tell your mind about it. Your mind gets sick through wrong thinking and tells your body about it. "Everything in the manifest realm has its beginning in thought."

One day I just said, "You do it, God. I don't know how." That was not copping out; it was going to the source of all things and utilizing it instead of going to the source of my own ignorance and trying to utilize that. I suffered in my own ignorance, so I went to God and became blissful. I never lost one thing. If I had to do it all over again, I would go there faster.

I found this also to be so very true in my case as well. Hope this is an inspiration to all others and a good tool for use in tough times for you as well.

A Mental Universe
This is a mental universe made by mind through thought. The objective universe is completely mental. Without mind there would be no ability to think or reason. Without it there would be no consciousness or life. Mind then must be Spirit and substance, for everything is made from it. Without it was not anything made that was made. All is mind and mind’s manifestation.
There is no mortal mind—i.e., no non-creative mind, and there are no idle, unimportant thoughts. Every thought is a seed dropped into fertile soil, and if nurtured, it will bear fruit for good or ill, whether ease or dis-ease, love or fear, peace or inharmony.

In this world
The Truth Will Set You Free
What if you sincerely believe that 2+2=5? You will not make progress until you correct your error, and will continue to make mistakes until you do. Every time you come to 2+2 in a problem, your mind will automatically go to 5 without even thinking, and believing your wrong thought, you will not associate your mistake with the cause of it. You will develop an attitude which says, "Into each life some rain must fall" or "Stuff happens". You will begin to see life as a crap-shoot where things happen arbitrarily. You will develop a sense of vulnerability and begin to say things like—"Disease happens", or "I can lose everything I’ve got if the economy goes bad", or "It can happen to anybody." Does that sound familiar?
The Truth of God will set you free from your predicament. Right thinking will correct your mistakes. Understanding will heal you, life will begin to make sense again, and harmony will be established in your world.

highest level of creativity
When the being is intense enough, when the words are
spoken enough, when the thoughts are thought enough,
the doing will automatically follow.
—Marianne Williamson
The journey to the true self
What if that which is aware -- your inner observer -- is God? How ironic to think that we are running around looking for Spirit, for God, and all the while God is inside us, looking at us looking for Him. A lot of us think that if God were present, there would be more going on, golden chariots or a choir of angels. We look for something phenomenal, something that will make us feel special. But maybe God is present in the ordinary act of observing.

A Dialog
by Ella Wheeler Wilcox
MORTAL
The world is full of selfishness and greed.
Lord, I would lave its sin.SPIRIT
Yea, mortal, earth of thy good help has need.
Go cleanse THYSELF within.MORTAL
Mine ear is hurt by harsh and evil speech.
I would reform men's ways.SPIRIT
There is but one convincing way to teach.
Speak THOU but words of praise.MORTAL
On every hand is wretchedness and grief,
Despondency and fear.
Lord, I would give my fellow men relief.SPIRIT
Be, then, all hope, all cheer.MORTAL
Lord, I look outward and grow sick at heart,
Such need of change I see.SPIRIT
Mortal, look IN. Do thy allotted part,
And leave the rest to ME.
